Buddhism also explains that the fundamental nature of human consciousness is pure and clear; that the nuclear essence of human beings is their mind, not this body of flesh and blood. - Lama Thubten Yeshe

About Lawudo Trek

Since 2017, Ven. Robina and Kristina Mah, a student of Lama Zopa Rinpoche's in Sydney, have organized this 15-day Himalayan adventure from Kopan, Rinpoche’s monastery in the Kathmandu valley, to his cave in Solu Khumbu in the mountains of Nepal: all to raise money and awareness of this holy place. For each person who joins the trek, US$500 is donated to Lawudo. So far, we have raised some $55,000+.
